Printer says jammed but no paper jam visible

HP Recommended
HP DeskJet 1110
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer is not old and in good condition. Power Light blinks like there is a jam, but there is no jam. I've tried resetting etc. Please help!

@mkantor, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this false error. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Power Light Blinks (Paper Jam)

Also, check if the print carriage is moving freely, reinstall the ink cartridges - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
