HP Recommended

Envy Pro 6455 - the printer got jarred - didn't fall on the floor - put back in place - wouldn't print - said the tray was open / out of open - both items were false - turned off / on - still didn't work - contacted HP - support - geek care - after 15 mins - talking to a tech - he said I need to buy a security program and install to windows 11 - I think I installed 11, can't find anything to verify that, but no security program. Tried to put the printer back online, says tray is still open -
