My printer stopped working after being a working printer for near 2 years. It keeps on saying that theres a cartridge problem. I've never had this issue before. I followed the tutorial to check the firmware and also cleaned the cartridge contacts and the printer contacts. This fixed the issues and showed 2 bars of ink in my tri colour cartridge. When I went to print something else later the day, the error showed again. Is this a printer error or a instant ink cartridge problem?
