Product: Office Jet 3830

My HP OfficeJet 3830 all in one is not printing. If I try to print/copy/scan etc..., it sounds as though it's printing, and the paper feeds through but when it comes out it is blank. The ink levels are showing there is plenty of ink so that can't be the issue. I've tried printing both b&w and color, both have the same issue. Any ideas?

HP Recommended

Replace ink cartridges, they dried out if the printer was unused a longer period.
