My printer was showing offline. I did all the switching off, rebooting computer, router and printer. I removed the printer and re-installed it. I've tried to download new drivers but can't tell if that worked. I had received my replacement HP ink cartridges so installed them, they needed a double-click to convince the printer they were genuine. I received an email from HP accusing me of using store bought ones, it subsequently sent the acknowledgement in HP Smart that I had successfully installed new cartridges. But the printer is still showing as off-line and will not print a test page.
