Printer stopped printing

HP Recommended
OfficeJet Pro 8720
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Printer worked this morning just fine, after lunch it will not print.  I tried all everything: reset computer, reset printer, tried printing with different computer, updated the printer, installed new ink. Nothing. The printer gets the print job just fine, then says it is printing with the little circle icon, but does noting at all. Please help..

Are you able to make a copy?

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly. Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
