I have an instant ink contract. I recently replaced the black cartridge and now the printer won't print. I get an error that there is a problem with the supply system. I contacted HP, and they sent me a new black cartridge. I installed it and got the same error. I have restarted the printer, update the firmware, turned it off and back on. cleaned the contacts. I've done everything HP says to do and they said if it didn't work to contact HP Support again. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and I get caught in a phone tree and then finally  I get is a recording that they can't verify me and support isn't available. I've spend a number of hours on this and I'm ready to throw the printer away and get an Epson. It's disappointing because the printer is only two years old. So the question is, how do I get ahold of someone who can actually help me with this? Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks.
