Soooo frustrating.  I have set up my printer 2 times.  Turned everything off including my router to get the printer to work.  I just printed up a bunch of things and then it just stops printing.  I think it isn't communicating even though the wi fi signal is on on my printer.   I don't want to have to turn off everything again & again.  I also just tried to hard wire it to my computer with a phone cable & that doesn't work either.  please help!!!!

Hello @KTTK1
I’m sorry you’re going through this — it’s frustrating when a printer works for a while and then suddenly stops communicating, especially after you’ve already spent so much time resetting everything. The fact that Wi-Fi shows as connected on the printer but jobs won’t go through suggests the connection is dropping between the printer and the network, not on the printer itself. I recommend removing and adding the printer again on Windows:

Remove Printer

  1. SettingsBluetooth & devicesPrinters & scanners.

  2. Select your printer.

  3. Click RemoveYes.

Add Printer

  1. SettingsBluetooth & devicesPrinters & scanners.

  2. Click Add device.

  3. Select your printer → Add.

You may also use the HP Smart app to interface with the printer. Hope this helps!
