Tried all the suggestions to reboot the printer several times, but to no avail. Unplugged, waited, tried to reboot, but just gets stuck on HP logo screen, no other lights are showing on the display. I can see that others have asked this question, but unable to see the answer to solve it, as been sent in a private message...help

Hi,
Thanks for the private msg, with the advice to select options on the display screen to reset. Unfortunately my display screen only showed the hp logo nothing else was visible to select, ni lights, not even the power button worked. BUT
I have got it working!
Unplugged everything, ethernet, power etc, left for 24hrs, which was a pain but....it worked.
Good luck to others who have this problem

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that your printer is stuck in HP logo, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
