I have an HP Envy and a few months ago I updated the software on it. I had never had any issues with this printer, but once the update started, it got stuck on the first dot and can not get past that screen. I’m unable to tap any buttons, do anything on the screen, etc. All I can see is the loading screen for the update. I’ve tried to see if powering on and off will help since this issue has started but every time, same thing happens. I can’t find any reset button and every option I’ve found online for resetting requires access to the main Home Screen of the printer. Any help?
