Welcome to the HP Support Community – it’s great to have you here!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is stuck on "Verifying" Or "Validating" when trying to print, this typically points to a communication or driver issue. Here's a step-by-step guide to resolve it:

1. Please make sure the printer is powered on and network connected.
2. Please try to remove and reinsert all ink supplies/toners, check if printing is recovered. If issue persists, continue the troubleshooting
3. Repeat step 1 again and power cycle the printer. Check if printer is recovered, If issue persists, continue the troubleshooting
4. Perform Restore factory default, and re-onboard the printer.

I hope your issue is now resolved. If not, feel free to reply and we’ll continue helping until everything’s sorted!
