I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - 'A paper tray is open. Close the tray to continue.' Message (Also applies to Envy 5010)
Make sure the papers are properly loaded in the tray - Loading Paper, Cards, and Envelopes
Adjust the paper width guides too. Close the tray firmly. Check for any obstructions in the path.
