I have always had HP products and I have never had this issue. When I try to print it gives me an error message saying, "check your account.." (or something along those lines. When i log on to my HP account and I see that my warranty expired. I have never encountered this issue. Does this mean:1- it has an update that needs to be installed?, I need to send it back for IT support?, or will I have to purchase a new one? It's frustrating because I've always used HP past the expired date. Please help

Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).
- Are you enrolled in the instant ink service?
- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
