Printer will no longer print full documents

My printer will not print documents. It sounds like it gets the information and sounds like it’s printing and nothing comes on the page.  Scanner works fine. Attached a second HP printer and same issue.  I have tried to update the software as previously suggest and run through cleaning the ink cartridges at all levels.  It fails the alignment test it says on the screen.  Ink cartridges are new.  Like I said.  A different printer does the exact same thing and we know that was working before attaching to this computer    Would love to speak to a human being if possible

Are you able to make Photocopies?

Print a quality diagnostic page and let me know how it goes

1. Load U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.

2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

   The Setup menu displays.

3. Touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

   A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
