Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

my printer will all of a sudden not boot up. It is stuck on the white screen with the HP logo. With one blue dot lit. I’ve tried unplugging it from the printer and the wall waiting 30 seconds holding the power button down for 15 seconds plugging it back in nothing is working

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

Since you have already performed a hard reset and the issue still persists, I recommend you contact phone support for further assistance. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
