Product: HP ENVY 4520 All in One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer will not print Black, HP ENVY 4520 All in One Scanner, Copier, Fax, Photo

I have spent a small fortune purchasing new cartridges when I need to print. I use for home use, may not use my printer for a month or two. This is becoming both frustrating and expensive. Unable to get through on the phone. Chat is an AI and not a person.
