Windows updated and I could not print about 1 month ago. Rolled back update and the printer worked fine. Windows updated again yesterday and now I cannot print along with a printer screen error message "Supply Problem". HP needs to fix this!
I printed and scanned yesterday and everything worked just fine. Yes I am using Genuine HP toner cartridges'. Yes of course the warranty is out, purchased in early 2017.
I am using a HP computer, Monitor and printer. If HP will not help to fix this then of course I will have to look at buying from the competition.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
