Specifications says this printer will print on 80lb-110lb cardstock. Yet, I cannot print on this paper. Paper jam or print cut off. What is going on?

What if?

Specifications perhaps say the printer supports Index card - ISO paper type at 110 lb / 200 gsm.

HP sometimes calls this paper "Card" or "HP Card"

"Card" paper, when listed in the specifications refers to the ISO type "Index" paper.

What?

How the paper is manufactured impacts how much it weighs.

If, for example, the paper is made from "Cover" paper (ISO type) , 80lb paper = 216 gsm.

Many of the articles explain how to translate / calculate from one paper type to another.
