I have replaced my ink cartridges with new,  HP ink.  Only the CYAN will not print its color.  At first I thought it was a faulty cartridge, even though when I ran a report and saw the ink levels, all colors were 100% full.  I bought another pack of ink cartridges. I have made sure they are all installed/inserted properly; cleaned the printheads; cleaned the alignment; gently cleaned the area inside the printer where the cartridge lies; uninstalled and reinstalled the software.  Still no blue.  So I'm thinking the problem is with the printer, not the ink.  Any thoughts or suggestions of what's wrong?
