Product: HP Deskjet 1510 All-in-One Printer

I have never been able to print with this printer, it won't print directly from the scanner either.  The paper runs through and the head moves across the page as if it were printing, but nothing comes out on the page.  I have used the diagnostics tools, changed the cartridges and cleaned the heads, but nothing works.  Can anyone help?
