Hi @Saraelghaly,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer is indicating a strong internet connection but still showing an error like “can’t print no internet,” it suggests there may be a miscommunication between the printer and your network or cloud services. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Verify Printer’s Network Connection

Check Wi-Fi Status on the Printer:

  • On your printer’s control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi or Network settings to confirm it’s connected to your network.

Print Network Configuration Page:

  • Most printers have an option to print a network configuration page or report. This will show if the printer is connected to the correct network and if it has a valid IP address.

2. Restart Devices

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart Your Router:

  • Unplug your router from power for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to restart.

Restart Your Computer:

  • Sometimes restarting your computer can help resolve network issues.

3. Check Network Settings

Verify Network Connection:

  • Ensure that your network is functioning properly and that other devices (phones, computers) are connected to the internet.

Confirm Printer’s IP Address:

  • Check that the IP address assigned to your printer is valid and does not conflict with other devices on your network.

4. Update Printer Firmware

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Visit the HP Support website and search for your printer model. Download and install any available firmware updates.

Update Through Printer’s Control Panel:

  • Some printers allow you to update the firmware directly from the control panel. Look for an option to update firmware or software.

5. Check Printer’s Connection Settings

Reconfigure Wireless Setup:

  • Go to the printer’s network or wireless setup menu and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. Ensure you select the correct network and enter the correct password.

Re-add Printer to Network:

  • If the printer was previously connected to your network, try removing it and then re-adding it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
