Hi, just bought a Tango X and signed up for instant ink with the free photo prints.
When I’ve tried to print using 260gsm photo paper the printer won’t feed it.
is it just too heavy a weight?
its also no HP paper, would that matter?
Thanks

The HP Tango X printer can only support 75gsm paper. Refer document Product Specifications for the HP Tango X under the paper handling section for more details.
