Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer is only printing in black and white despite printing test pages ok.  I have no greyscale option to tick.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer and it appears all updates are up to date.  I have looked at other questions in the community and tried all that's been suggested but nothing has worked.  Any help greatly received please

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
