Product: Dell Precision 5510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

System says it's running fine and diagnostics don't find an error. When printing, no error message on printer. Screen states, "Unable to print simple PDF files." and "Printer is in an error state."

NO ERROR MESSAGES ON PRINTER AT ALL

Restarted all devices including the router.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted.

Ran printui.exe /s

Is the copy working fine?

How is the printer connected USB or Wireless?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
