Hi! I have had the printer for over a year now. It was working fine then it just won’t print anymore. When I tried to print anything from any of my computers, I would hear the sound from the printer. I know that the printer received the print order from my computer. But when I walked to pick up the pages from the printer, there was nothing coming out out the printer. My print queue showed the prints were completed. I tried resetting the printer, turned off and on both the printer and the computers, unplugged the printer, reset the internet connection. I’m just all out of ideas. When it print the test page, the page came out fine. What could be the cause of this and how else can I try to fix it? Thank you!

Hello you might try a different driver on your computer. I recommend using a Universal Print Driver (UPD).

Go to Hp.com and follow these steps to get a new driver.

Support > Software and Drivers > Printer > UPD > Select dropdown > Driver-Printer (3) > Download XL PCL > Install new driver.

Oh i forgot to also mention to change your Protocol Setting to LPD (Line Printer Daemon) instead of IPP (internet Printing Protocol). Thanks.
