HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Printer will not show on my phone.  Has code D80774EC showing on screen.  Will not print.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

As your printer isn't connecting, here's what you can do:

First, restart everything, turn off your printer, phone, and Wi-Fi router. Let them rest for about two minutes, then turn them back on.

Next, check the printer's connection. If your printer has a Wi-Fi button, hold it down for five seconds to try reconnecting. Make sure both your phone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network. If your printer has a touchscreen, head to Settings > Wireless Setup and reconnect to your Wi-Fi.

If that doesn't help, open the HP Smart app on your phone (download it if you don't have it). Tap "Add Printer" and pick yours from the list.

Lastly, if the above steps don't work, try resetting your printer's network settings. On the printer, go to Setup > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults, then reconnect it to Wi-Fi.
