@VPCENERGY, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Printer Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your printer won't print and displays an error message indicating printer issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check For Error Messages:

  • Review the specific error message displayed on the printer screen or computer. This can provide clues about the exact issue.

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off the printer and router.
  • After a few moments, turn them back on.
  • Check if the printer connects to the network and retry printing.

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is connected to the internet directly via Wi-Fi or Ethernet; a USB connection to a computer is not sufficient.
  • Verify that the blue indicator light on your printer is steady if connected wirelessly. For Ethernet connections, check the light next to the Ethernet port.
  • If the connection light isn’t stable, reconfigure the Wi-Fi or Ethernet setup on the printer.

Check Router and Internet Connection:

  • Ensure your router is connected to the internet. You can test this by connecting another device to the same network.
  • If unable to connect to the internet, restart your router. If the issue persists, contact your network service provider.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
