I see that you are not able to power ON your printer. Do not worry, we are here to help you fix the issue.

 

May I know if you have made any changes to your printer?

Thanks for replying. 
No I have not made any changes to my printer. I had already tried the steps and nothing happened, the printer still would not turn on.
