Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

My printer was displaying a blue error with codes on it but once it got unplugged it won't turn back on again. Checked for warranty and my warranty has expired. Anyone have the same issue and what can I do? HP Envy Photo 7155

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with the printer not booting up. 

 

Please perform the following reset on the printer.

 

With the power on, unplug the unit from the wall outlet.  Wait 10 mins.  Plug the unit back into the wall outlet not using any power strip or surge protector.  Power the unit up if it does not.  Status now?

 

Do this 3-4 times.  If the same error occurs, your printer needs service.
