Hi @Kleo33,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Before proceeding with a warranty exchange, let’s try a few final troubleshooting steps to see if we can get your HP printer to power on.

1. Check the Power Source

  • Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or extension cord).
  • Try a different wall outlet that you know works.

2. Inspect the Power Cable

  • Make sure the power cable is firmly connected to both the printer and the wall.
  • If you have another compatible HP power adapter, try swapping it.

3. Perform a Power Reset

  • Unplug the printer from the wall.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds (while unplugged).
  • Plug it back in and try turning it on.

4. Check for Signs of Life

  • Look for any lightsfan noise, or display flicker.
  • If the printer has a display, does anything appear at all?

5. Try a Different Power Cable (if available)

  • If you have access to another HP printer with a similar power adapter, try using that to rule out a faulty cable.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
