My printer suddenly will not print. When I attempt to print anything I get a message on the printer saying "Ink cartridge problem Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge. Under that msg is a triangle of 3 dots. I have reinstalled them many times, no help. I have tried a hard reset, no help. Please some help would be appreciated as I cant even order new instant ink cartridges.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please try these steps

 

- Turn on the printer.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the printer. If your printer has a network or wireless connection, leave it connected.
- Remove the ink cartridges from the printer and clean the electrical contacts with a lint free cloth
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
- Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.
- If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.

Tried the steps you outlined and it still will not work. Same msg on printer

ok so I have discovered it is just the colour ink cartridge. I removed the one cartridge and was able to print in black. How can I get a new Color ink cartridge.

That is the store. I stated clearly in the first post" INSTANT INK CARTRIDGE"  Your solution is not a solution I have told you that i tried the steps you outlined, and then I get no response except to go to the HP store. I have HP INSTANT INK cartridges and The colour cartridge is not working, but is still full so it will not order a new one. Please someone help me!!

That said, I suggest you follow the steps mentioned here, to troubleshoot and resolve this issue, for your HP OfficeJet 3830 e-All-in-One Printer, Also I don't wish to keep you waiting while you try those steps, considering you've already tried reseating it among others steps suggested thus far, I have placed an order for new color cartridges to be shipped to your door steps with an express shipment and it should be delivered within 4-7 business days (expect a slight delay due to the pandemic affected areas).

 

I'll also schedule a follow up in 84hrs just to ensure you've got them and it's all sorted,
