Printer will not turn on. Completed trouble shooting without success. Tried to get a support ticket but the system says the warranty is expired. Will not let me do a support ticket because of it.  Unable to speak with a human because of it.  How do I get to talk to a real person?  How do I get my issue with my printer fixed?  Tried to dispute but the system is still spinning now after 30 minutes.   Can anyone help.
