Printer owned for exactly 6 months and has worked fine. I haven't changed settings; still has ink in the cartridge; made a test print--no problem; checked cables and all connected. I click print on the screen and the printer runs and acts like it is printing, but the result when it is finished is just blank paper. I tried other print jobs and got the same result--blank paper
I connected the cables to another computer and got the same results. What could be the problem?

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you're well @lesleyco,
I came across your post about the blank pages printing issue from your Officejet 3830, and I wanted to reach out to help.
Try these steps please: Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink
If the pages continue to print blank, contact HP to discuss a replacement order. If you experiencing other symptoms, let me know and I will do my best to help.
Hit the "Accept as Solution" if we've reached a solution, and the "thumbs up" to say thanks for my help.
Have a great day:D
