Product: 7740 Office Jet Pro All In One wide format
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Brand new printer.  Was working yesterday when I set it up with my IPhone.  Then I tried to download the software and update the firmware with my laptop but no success.   Now this morning it would not power off with power button, and the touch screen was  unresponsive.  Like it was stuck on but did not respond to button pushing, or swiping of the screen, so I unplugged it a few times.  But same same.  So I finally unplugged it for 15 minutes and it back on with a blue screen with error code 0112E9AA and with a power button symbol on it.
