HP Smart Tank 581 Printer says it has no ink but the tanks are full. I can't print. I've tried turning off and on the printer, my mobile device, and the internet router. It didn't solve it. I've already tried using all the support applications for diagnosing and resolving errors made available on the HP website, but none of them helped. Does anyone know of a way to resolve this without having to call a technician? Taking into account that according to the website itself, there is no authorized assistance from HP in Brazil T.T
