I bought a black hp 902 cartridge but it does not print and the printer cannot see it unlike the empty black cartridge and the three color cartridges ... Its code is ...; is this a defective batch ???

Do you get any errors?

Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

Kindly perform the steps from this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
