Product: Photosmart 5520
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

When I try to print a 10x13 photo on A4 photo paper it prints right at the top and only part of the photo. When I use the same settings and print it on normal A4 paper it prints correctly - how can I get it to print correctly on photo paper?

Here is a document that can help you learn about printing photos HP Printers - How to Print Photos (Mac). Follow the instructions and let me know if that helps!

 

Also, ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
