Hi @BG3017,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Error code 75 on an HP printer typically indicates a problem with the paper feed mechanism. Here are some general steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Paper Tray:

  • Ensure that the paper tray is loaded with the correct type and size of paper.
  • Make sure the paper guides are properly adjusted to fit the paper.

Paper Jams:

  • Look for any paper jams inside the printer. Open all access doors and remove any jammed paper carefully.

Printer Reset:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This process can sometimes resolve temporary issues.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer model on the HP website. Updating the firmware can often resolve various issues.

Check for Obstructions:

  • Inspect the paper path for any obstructions that may be hindering the paper feed.

Verify Paper Type and Size Settings:

  • Make sure the paper type and size settings on the printer match the actual paper loaded in the tray. Incorrect settings may lead to feeding issues.

Clean the Rollers:

  • If the printer has rollers, clean them with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of water. Dirty or dusty rollers can cause feeding problems.

Try Different Paper:

  • Sometimes, using a different type or brand of paper can help resolve feeding issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
