Can’t print.  Kept getting error message can’t figure out how to clear it

I understand you are getting an error message 

To help you resolve the issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer, please provide a bit more information:

  • What error message are you receiving specifically?
  • Have you tried restarting the printer or your iOS device?
  • Is the printer connected via WiFi or Bluetooth?
  • Have you recently updated your printer firmware or iOS device?
  • Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display and error code 

 Could you please elaborate in detail?
