Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with one of the printers here. The screen displays the error message: ERROR: 99.09.66 NO BOOT DISK, and we are unable to complete any tasks, such as printing or copying. I suspect the hard disk drive may be causing the problem. I have attempted to reboot the printer and have unplugged and plugged the HDD back in, but the error message persists.

Therefore, I would appreciate your expertise in identifying the cause and resolving the issue so we can get the printer working again. Can you please assist with this?

Very respectfully,

Drive is likely failed and will need to be replaced. A few details such as model number would have helped me provide more guidance and if you can post back those details I will try to assist further.

Model of the printer, not the driver. The printer driver is not the issue. the problem is the hard drive inside the printer has failed or has been corrupted.
