Product: Officejet 7500A wide Format Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting the dreaded "Printhead Problem".

 

"Remove cartridges etc..."

I bought a new Printhead.  Reloaded the cartridges. Pulled the plug.  Reset the Printer. And I'm still getting the error.

Now what?
