Hi @Robert3528,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're encountering a printhead error 62.80.13 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

Check the Printhead Installation:

  • Open the printer's cartridge access door and ensure that the printhead assembly is properly seated.
  • Remove and reinstall the print cartridges to ensure they are correctly positioned.

Clean the Printhead:

  • Use the printer’s control panel to run a printhead cleaning cycle. This option is usually found under the Tools or Maintenance menu.
  • Ensure no ink residue or debris is obstructing the printhead contacts.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can search for the latest firmware updates for your model on the HP Support website.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a hard reset on the printer by unplugging the power cable while the printer is on, waiting for about a minute, and then plugging it back in.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
