Printhead error

Hp Photosmart 7510

My printer gives me the error message of print head not supported, it’s the same one as when I bought it, says to turn off and back on but never lets me go any farther!?! Help!

Printhead reseating could be one possible step to fix this issue.  Click on the below URL to access steps to reseat and clean the printhead.
