Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

In between printing 2 pages, the printer suddenly gave a Printhead Missing error.  I have replaced the printhead and cartridges and the error persists.  I rebooted the printer and the error persists.  I've checked all the printhead connections, and all the pins seem aligned and to be connected.  But the printer continues to not recognize the printhead attached.   I wonder if it has to do with the new Mac OS 14.0 Sonoma?
