Error Message suddenly appeared -

Printhead missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed error message -

HP Recommended

8610 same message. I have tried all the solutions on line but the problem persists.  installed all new HP cartridges, no change.  Shut off printer, unplugged, and jiggled the printer head as well.
