Printhead problem

HP Recommended
Officejet Pro 6835
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer just stopped working. The error message "There is a problem with the printhead" 0xc19a000 came up. What's the problem and solution? I've tried cleaning the printhead (won't do it) and aligning the printhead (and neither does this).

Just spent over $100 on new 934 and 935 XL cartridges!
