Hi @Anna889,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are experiencing printhead problems with your HP OfficeJet 7612 Wide Format E-All-In-One printer, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Clean the printhead: Use the printer's maintenance menu to initiate a printhead cleaning cycle. This can help remove any clogs or buildup on the printhead that may be causing printing issues.
  • Check ink levels: Make sure that your ink cartridges are not running low or empty, as this can cause printing problems. Replace any low or empty cartridges as needed.
  • Replace the printhead: If cleaning the printhead doesn't solve the issue, it may be necessary to replace the printhead entirely. You can order a replacement printhead from HP or a certified HP retailer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
