My Officejet 6700 printer will not print. It keeps telling me their is a Printhead problem. and the problem is with the yellow ink cartridge. i have purchased a new ink cartridge and installed it correctly, Still will not print. and suggestions

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
