Envy 5055

I'm trying to print pages two sided. I have to create work books for my kids with the pandemic and all forcing us to teach our kids at home. When I print the second page is always upside down. I was told to choose auto rotate, I did that and it still printed upside down. I unchecked auto rotate and it still prints upside down. I noticed someone else had the same question and the HP support person said to update the firmware. I checked mine, and my firmware is up to date. So now I need to know how to make the second page print out in the right direction without having to go back into photoshop and manually flipping every other page. Photoshop complicated the way they do pdfs and what used to be a .1 second process now takes more than five minutes. So if there is an easier solution to this other than changing printers brands that would be very helpful.

Hi @Rukia15,

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  2. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

Meanwhile , refer to -How to Print on Both Sides of the Paper (Duplex) (Mac) or How to Print on Both Sides of the Paper (Windows) (Duplexing)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
