Printing A5 double sided (failed)

Hi! 

While my Envy Photo 6230 prints A4 double sided, it won't do so with A5. Is there a solution to this?

@Vidar2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

According to the printer specifications, this model printer supports printing 2-sided documents. Once you load the paper and close the tray, you will get a prompt to select the paper size, make sure the correct paper size is set on the printer control panel

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

Open the document you would like to print,

1. From the File menu in your software, choose Print.

2. In the Print dialog, choose Layout from the pop-up menu.

3. Choose the type of binding you want for your two-sided pages, and then click Print.
